I am very satisfy with the product and the company.J
I'm very pleased with this organic chestnut flour. I was less pleased with the packaging. Before purchasing, I specifically asked if there was plastic in the packaging and I was told no, the package was made with rice paper. There is rice paper on the outside of the package but the inside is plastic. I'm not happy about that.M
The flour was very palatable. The tagliatelle pasta and the baked cake we made came out great! All in all, very much satisfied of our purchase and would recommend this product.L
