I love the fact that you have organic peanuts. I make it a policy to only eat organic whenever possible. I was therefore happy to find your nuts. However I was a little disappointed in the taste. I felt that in your roasting you had “missed" what I call the sweet spot - i.e. that point in the roast where the sweetness of the nut comes through the flavor of the rightly roasted nut. Temperature and timing is everything in that process and I felt your nuts were slightly underdone and could have had a fuller flavor to enhance their organic nature. For what it is worth:-)
