I have used textured soy protein for many years and am thrilled that you offer an organic option! I like to include 1/4 cup with dry or cooked cereal. With oatmeal, the TSP hydrates as you are cooking the oats. Just be sure to add an additional 1/4 cup water in cooking for each 1/4 cup TSP. Hydrated TSP is also great added to marinara sauce and sautee'd vegetables. It might be helpful to have some basic nutrition labeling and cooking/hydration guidelines on the package for the benefit of people who are using it for the first time.W
